About the graduate programme

Our two year in-house graduate programme offers successful candidates the opportunity to work at the heart of the Irish renewables industry, supporting the delivery of crucial policy measures and offering exposure to different aspects of our business, particularly in the areas of policy and digital communications.

Both graduates—our Graduate Policy Analyst and our Graduate Digital Specialist—will gain a full understanding of the functioning of our organisation by contributing to our other key business functions across Membership, Events, Administration, Communications, and support to our leadership.

As part of the graduate programme, I received tremendous training and development opportunities which has quickly brought me up to speed on the renewable energy policy landscape in Ireland.
